These were taken in various locations in Wheeling, West Virginia and even though it rained and looked gloomy we were able to make it work for us! Some of the photos were taken in the bad part of town, but that was where we found that the city had the most character. We also took advantage of the unique Center Market and found a neat (and charitable) gently-used bookstore. If you're ever in the area, please check this place out!
